New arrangments for house-to-house collection

House-to-house collection

This year we are offering a different way of collecting the envelopes which hopefully will be less daunting for those who have not done it before and more satisfying for everybody.   

• Sign up for a street on the list or to help somebody else
• Envelopes will be in church on Sunday 9 May; please distribute them as soon as possible after that

Friday 14 May

5.30pm in church: Collectors and others assemble for prayers and commissioning

5.45pm – 8.00pm: Collect envelopes from chosen streets, those who wish going in pairs

8.00pm onward in the Hall: Glass of wine, nibbles, tea, coffee, ... after collecting

If you are not able to collect on Friday 14 May, please collect at a time which is convenient for you.  Volunteers are also needed to look after things in the Hall while the collecting is being done.
